family

This is one I've wanted to do for a while, but had other stuff that I needed to get done first. So I jumped on this today. I love how simple it was to make and how nice it looks. I just took a frame and put some of my vintage paper in the background. I then used my Sure Cuts Alot and with the Monotype Corsiva font cut out FAMILY. Then I used my Cricut Cartridge Home Decor and cut out the heart. I then used Ribbon to hang it up. Its there for us to see all the time.

So I got one Valentine craft done today and had to do another one. I think I'm done for Valentine's. I'm thinking about one other, but I have a couple more cartridges coming in the mail. So we will see what comes next.

Not sure if this photo can really show it, but I'm learning how to crackle. It is very challenging to do. I love the font on the Storybook cartridge. Now I'm thinking of different ideas for the different Holidays coming up. Let me know what you think about my Valentine's crafts.

Laundry Room Sign

So I've been looking around my house thinking of ideas for organizing the house. This is something that seems to happen to everyone after Christmas is put away. So the easiest room/area is the Laundry. But I decided my reward for organizing/cleaning is to make a craft to say its complete. So I found some paint (colonial blue) and used cream colored vinyl. I love the fonts I found on my Sure Cuts A Lot and here is the final product. I will be hanging this up and moving onto the next area. Let me know what you think.

New Year New Crafts

It hard to see the detail, but I found some fun red

and cream color vintage print and thought it

would make a fund sign. This is one I need to get

mailed out for a family member. Hope they love

it like I do.
